Industrial wrapping machines are used to wrap pallets and loads with stretch film, stabilising the load and protecting it during storage, handling and transport. They help ensure greater load security while improving the efficiency and consistency of the wrapping process.
Our range includes different models designed to handle different load sizes, weights and production requirements. The most suitable model depends on the type of load, pallet dimensions, production volume and desired level of automation.
In models with a higher level of automation (ES-EV-50 and above), the film is cut and secured automatically, without operator intervention. In entry-level models, the operator cuts the film manually at the end of the cycle.

Yes. The machines allow the wrapping process to be configured according to the requirements of each load, including parameters such as wrapping cycles and film application.
The wrappers are compatible with standard stretch film, available in rolls for manual or automatic winding, depending on the model. ESI Systems also supplies these products - the machine’s consumables.
