An industrial strapping machine is equipment that applies plastic or metal strapping around a box, pallet or group of products, securing and reinforcing the load for transport or storage. Depending on the model and configuration, ESI strapping machines can be set up to strap individual boxes or complete pallets. For pallet strapping applications, the machine is normally integrated after the palletizer and industrial wrapper in the end-of-line.

The strapping machines are compatible with standard market plastic strapping (PET or PP) supplied in rolls. The strap width and thickness, as well as the applied tension, can be configured according to the product and the required level of load security.
Yes. ESI strapping machines are designed for line integration, receiving products directly from the conveyor and returning them to the line after strapping, without manual intervention.
